Electronic Payment Benefits

  • NSF Check Collection: Collecting bad checks is no longer a complicated, labor-intensive process with unreliable results.  A business processing their own NSF returned checks electronically through the ACH Network is faster, easier, less expensive, and produces better results than traditional methods.
  • Recurring Payments: Businesses that invoice customers for recurring payments (i.e.: rent, security services, utilities, etc...) can easily obtain payment by processing payments electronically.
  • Reduced Costs: Electronic payment processing is less expensive than other forms of payment.  Bank NSF return fees on paper checks range from $5 to $20 per check, plus per item fees on deposits.
  • Contract Fulfillment: Process payments electronically and help ensure contract payment clauses are met.  Automatic debits to customer's accounts eliminate payment-delaying tactics.
  • Customized Payment Plans: Automatic customized payment plans are easily structured to conform to business needs and/or customer's financial abilities.  Enter payment information into ACH Now and forget it - the program automatically debits the customer's account on the schedule you set.
  • No COD Delivery Hassles: Process the payment electronically in advance of shipment or services - no risk.  Payment verification in just 24 - 48 hours, then ship the goods.  ACH Now has NSF Check Recovery capabilities for your business.  With ACH Now you're getting an efficient Electronic Funds Transfer program - and the ability to process your NSF checks within the same application.
  • Customer Service: Electronic payment processing increases customer service.  No need for writing checks and mailing.  More and more consumers are opting for electronic solutions for recurring payments and bill payment.
